Huntsville Connect Customer Service assigned this issue to Huntsville Utilities Street Lights

Huntsville Utilities Street Lights never acknowledges issues when Huntsville Connect Customer Service assigns to them. This is just one of many examples. This system doesn't work.

I noticed this was entered in April of last year. I am not sure what happened with this one but do you know if there are still any exposed power lines at this location? If so would you mind sending uploading a picture.
