City of Huntsville PLUS

To my best knowledge there are 4 dogs being kept in an apartment that is only allowed to have 2 dogs and sadly the dogs have shown aggressibe behavior. The dogs bark at anyone but their owners and other dogs whenever passing the porch or when the dogs are on a walk. The youngest puppy had begun jumping the fence whenever people are near and had barked and charged towards me and my spouse a few times. One of the older dog (a white and brown dog) had charged at my spouse and almost bit them in the leg last year. The owner had yanked the dog back to prevent it from biting my spouse. I was hoping the animals behavior would have improved from the attack but it has just gotten worse for these poor dogs.

Unleashed large black dogs (2 seen, possibly a third dog heard barking) in front yard. Approached me twice while jogging. Not overly aggressive, but too “friendly”. Warned a young mother with child on scooter to avoid the block.

The woman that lives at this address is breeding and hoarding pit bulls and is known to have another location that more dogs are at.
Her dogs are not restrained well enough to keep them in the yard and one has jumped the fence and attacked the neighbors dog at 4806 and once went so far as to bust open her garage door and attack her little dog. It has now killed the cat.
Children in this neighborhood are at risk from this dog and someone is going to get mauled by these dogs.

They have a German Sheppard that barks all night many nights. Today, it has barked once every 2 minutes for the last 2 hours. The owner put a wall up to stop its barking but since it barks because it is scared it now barks more often. He needs to keep the dog inside if it's going to bark this much.

Dog barking multiple nights between 10pm thru 3am.

Someone left a dead alligator gar in the road on Natures Way next to Coopers Marsh.

Owner has a black Labrador retriever that is not on a chain and chased me down, very nearly attacking me on a walk.

Owner accused me of instigating the attack, I was on my daily walk using my phone and did nothing to scare or provoke the attack.

There is an ongoing issue with dog excrement left along the walkways from dog walkers. Often on actual pavement. I live in Wheeler Bend (Turnbrook) and my property backs right up to Barren Fork Blvd, so I encounter this mess daily. I was told the city provides stations with bags and trash cans to encourage and facilitate better public hygiene. If so, we could definitely use one or two on either side of the street between Wheeler Bend and Wheeler Point. Thank you.

Dogs constantly barking all night keeping the surrounding neighbors up at night and waking them up way too early in the mornings!!!

Neglected dogs living under shed and puppies left outside all the time to bark and be a nuisance.
