Opis

I was southbound at the traffic light for Wynn and Bradford this morning, and noticed that the light was cycling through without letting southbound go through. Left turn traffic was permitted through, but not straight. Straight traffic got up to about 5 cars (right lane only), and the light only changed when a car stopped in the left straight lane. Also, when the light did change, it was only green long enough for two cars, and car on the yellow. I should have dashcam footage if needed.
