Description
There is a black insulated wire hanging from a utility pole - the metal wire can be seen at the open end of the wire near a metal chain link fence. This is on one of two utility poles located at the rear, between two houses #2100 and #2102 Chambers Drive. The wire is hanging from the north pole. The poles are on the city utility easement. It looks like a phone or tv cable wire but not sure.
