Sharraxaadda

Grateful to see trees planted Orange St, between Eld and Pearl. However, no one fully responsible for them. One tree seems to be doing well. Other one looks dead - in front of area between 504 and 506 Orange St; grass about 2 feet tall. Needs care or plan for care/replanting -- a guess.
