Sidewalk in front of Phelps athletic field requires regular periodic cleaning and mowing. This is how hundreds of kids walk to school every day. What does the state of this sidewalk teach them about how the District treats it’s children and the environment? Bet the kids at Lafayette in upper north west don’t have to walk through broken glass, trash and weeds to get to their school every day! Please schedule regular cleanups. Thanks.
