These neighbors have approximately five dogs in their backyard, and they do not pick up after them, and they are constantly barking at all hours of the night, and during the day, and I have to work graveyard. I have heard they have been ticketed for not picking up after the dogs. I have contacted you guys numerous times and nothing is done about the situation. I thought the law stated that you could only have three dogs? And they have more than that and the German Shepherd that they have constantly barks and barks and barks, and I have to work graveyard. Someone please come out here and investigate this and investigate their backyard because they keep a lot of the dogs chained up. I’m not sure if they’re even feeding them or not but the noise level is ridiculous. Even in the middle of the night this dog is barking.

Our procedure for how barking calls work is as follows; With the necessary information provided, we will only respond to two complaints within a year's time. Upon the third complaint, you will be required to contact the magistrate's office and provide proof of said violation. If the necessary information is not provided to HAS dispatch, we will only dispatch a unit to sit and listen for barking near the provided address.
