Q. What is the specific location of the issue? (i.e. on your property, left side of the road, right side of the road, the center of the road, etc.)
A. The problem is located inside the easement on the back of my property. The culvert from the street runs back to this easement and out another culvert and is supposed to flow down the ditch that crosses all yards. One of the culverts is blocked by a large tree so that the cement culvert is barely visible in the photo I attached.

Q. What is the drainage problem?
A. The culvert is blocked and creates standing water when there are heavy rains.
