Cement culvert in back utility easement is blocked by fallen tree and limbs

Just north of 114 Hillsgate Dr mailbox & driveway is a sunken area in the road in south bound lane. A small separation in asphalt is beginning to run across both lanes from underground drainage hole to underground drainage on either side of road.

The road has continued sinking along the sewer line. The hole was previously filled with asphalt, but has continued to get larger. A more extensive repair is required.

Yard is being used as overflow from the nearby junk yard.

The shoulder ditches on parts of Douglass Road between Indian Creek and Jeff Road are treacherous and dangerously low. I’ve seen many cars nose first in the ditch since I have lived here. Before my kids are old enough to drive, I would love to see guard rails installed.

The traffic mirror at the intersection of Patterson Lane and Pulaski Pike is misaligned and cannot be used by Patterson Lane traffic to see oncoming southbound traffic on Pulaski Pike.

This intersection is dangerous even when the mirror is properly aligned and not covered in fog, frost, etc. This intersection must be improved to fix the root problem.

Sidewalk between 105 and 107 Legacy Pointe is caved in. Not sure who has been patching the road. Harvest water or Huntsville utilities. This is a safety issue. I tried to bring to harvest waters attention but was ignored.

Large, deep holes have emerged between the sidewalk and storm drain. It appears water is flowing through a hole in the back of the drain vs through the opening at the street.

South bound traffic on Wall Triana gets a protected timed left hand turn light always even when there isn't anyone there to trigger the signal.
