Has the red light duration controlling traffic on St. Clair been lengthened and the green duration been shortened? On Sundays the past number of weeks, traffic exiting First Baptist Church on Sunday morning after the main service has been backed up all the way from that traffic light at Joseph Lowery into the church parking lot. The red seems to last an extremely long time, while little to no traffic passes on Joseph Lowery, and when St. Clair finally gets the green, it’s so short that very few vehicles get through before it’s red again.
