Description
Between 60-70% of the street lights/parking lot lights are inoperable at the Providence School. Back in November, I reached out to Huntsville Utilities and they said it was a issue for the school; I reached out to the school principal and she said it was an issue for Huntsville Utilities. Meanwhile it represents a security and safety issue during hours of darkness. The City of Huntsville needs to take ownership here and address this issue.
