Description
The bucket truck that picks up yard waste and debris is constantly tearing up my front yard, is not at all delicate with the bucket and takes a large chunk of top soil and grass along with the yard debris...bagged yard waste gets broken open and scattered all over the street for the resident to have to clean up.
