Description

The trash compactor is broken here but the apartment complex has set up dumpsters around the complex. BUT, residents are still bringing their garbage to the front of the complex by the broken compactor and leaving it on the ground. This has been happening for weeks and rats come at night and rip open the bags along with bugs, flies, etc. The dumpsters set up around here are also overflowing with trash outside of them creating the same problem. This is a health/sanitation risk and is creating a huge problem. Please get the health inspector out here or get a representative to fix this issue ASAP. It is only getting worse by the day.
