    This stretch of the sidewalk has a 6 foot drop off on the south side of Heritage Brook. The builder did not provide a railing or fence to keep someone from falling off. It is especially dangerous for small children or anyone riding a bicycle. Some of the concrete sides have also broken off.

    I have a 5yr old this is unacceptable it has been this was sense before Halloween. I also asked them to make sure not to ruin my yard ! As my husband put a lot time and money into our yard which is now destroyed, the city workers said that y’all would be back to fix the problems and repair my yard and driveway. I haven’t even heard a thing from anybody. This is also a public safety issue, because of my driveway and mud that is now my yard. Please contact me and fix this.

    The cover for the storm drain goes into the sidewalk at 101 Willow Bluff Drive. It is raised higher than the sidewalk creating a tripping hazard as well as a drainage issue when it rains (see photo). Is there anything that could be done about this? Thank you very much.

I was wondering if that broken panel could just be removed since it's broken and past the access ramp. If this was done it would look more attractive and improve curb appeal for 100 Knox Creek Trail and the neighborhood entrance. Thank you very much for considering this request.
